Ownership of Services and License

You must not use any Moss Pure trademarks in meta tags or other similar technologies. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Moss Pure, its licensors, or partners. Violation of the terms of this Agreement or use of the Services for a use outside of its customary and intended purposes, such as, but not limited to downloading (other than page caching) or modifying the Services or any portion of it will result in the termination of this license. Absent prior written permission from Moss Pure, you are not permitted to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies, perform, display, or use for commercial purposes the Services or its content. This license is revocable at any time, and any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Moss Pure.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks (common law or registered) and copyrights (common law or registered) displayed on the Services are the property of Moss Pure or its third party licensors Specifically, all photographs featured on the Services are copyrighted and owned by Moss Pure or third party licensors, unless otherwise stated. Payment
Payment for purchases made through the Services are processed through third-party payment processors. Users may elect to create an Account through the payment processor to expedite checkout and payment on the Services. Users agree that they are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges imposed by any governmental entity anywhere in the world in connection with their use of the Services and purchases made therefrom. Moss Pure reserves the right to withhold deliveries until all outstanding payments under any Contract with the Company by the Customer have been received and reserve a lien upon – and the right to sell or otherwise dispose of – all Goods the subject of this Contract whether appropriated to it or not in respect of any such payments. Moss Pure reserves the rights to recover in full, from the Customer, any monies which will become due as a result of non-delivery because of non-payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Moss Pure will not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Moss Pure has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes not following our product care guidelines.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
